I help women grow in every part of life — spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. I host the Leading from Wholeness podcast, where I get to have real conversations about Grounded identity in Christ, healing, and living with purpose.
Before all of this, I spent almost 20 years working in social work, plus 10 years teaching, facilitating, and coaching leaders along the way.
But here's what matters most: I know what it's like to lead from fear and to feel stuck people-pleasing your way through life. My own journey of healing is what led me to this work. Now I get to walk alongside other leaders as they trade fear for freedom and step into who they were really made to be.
